PLEASE NOTE: The BTC does not mail paper tickets to you. You will receive your electronic tickets via email, so please enter your email address carefully. If you order your tickets in advance, please bring a print-out of your EventSmart ticket. Even better, skip printing and have the ticket open on your phone with square QR code ready to scan at the door when you arrive! Once your ticket is scanned you will be given a wristband for entry to the convention. VIP purchasers must show their electronic ticket and a valid ID at the BTC Merchandise Booth to receive their T-shirt!

Refunds, Cancellations, and Policies

• Ticket fees are non-refundable
• Tickets will only display the purchaser’s name, but can be used by anyone for entry.
• A registered adult MUST accompany children UNDER the age of 18
• Children under the age of 12 receive free admission with paid adults.
• Admission to all feature presentations is presented on a first-come, first-serve basis
• Recording devices are prohibited within the educational programs
